What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

Business to Customer: 1 Carton. Each carton contains 40 packs. Business to Business: 10 Cartons.

What is the Return Policy?

You have 7 days to effect a return following the day of the arrival of the goods should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason. All returns can be sent via normal postal service to PO 719, Hyper By The Sea, Durban, 4053. The customer must notify Amanah Distributors (Pty) Ltd that goods are being returned and a copy of the proof of return (image) stating the tracking number must be sent to customercare@amanah.co.za. All goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and documentation, and in a re-saleable state. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. The provision of goods and services by Amanah Distributors is subject to availability. In situations where stock is not available, Amanah Distributors will refund the client in full in 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
