Indomie Noodles Stir-Fry Tacos - Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Indomie Chicken or Hot & Spicy noodles
  • 2 small tortillas or taco shells
  • 1/4 cup shredded chicken or grilled vegetables (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (a mix of both cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup sliced robot peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare Indomie noodles as per the instructions, drain, and set aside. Keep the seasoning packet.
  2. Sauté the veggies: In a hot pan, stir-fry onions and bell peppers until soft. Add shredded chicken or grilled veggies if desired.
  3. Add flavor: Mix in soy sauce, chili sauce, and Indomie seasoning. Toss in the noodles and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined.
  4. Assemble tacos: Warm tortillas or taco shells. Place a generous serving of the stir-fried Indomie noodles inside each, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve & enjoy: Serve with a squeeze of lemon for a tangy kick!

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve with a side of guacamole or salsa for extra flavor.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream on top for a creamy finish.
  • Pair with a light salad to complement the tacos.
