Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Indomie Chicken or Hot & Spicy noodles
- 2 small tortillas or taco shells
- 1/4 cup shredded chicken or grilled vegetables (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (a mix of both cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup sliced robot peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles: Prepare Indomie noodles as per the instructions, drain, and set aside. Keep the seasoning packet.
- Sauté the veggies: In a hot pan, stir-fry onions and bell peppers until soft. Add shredded chicken or grilled veggies if desired.
- Add flavor: Mix in soy sauce, chili sauce, and Indomie seasoning. Toss in the noodles and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Assemble tacos: Warm tortillas or taco shells. Place a generous serving of the stir-fried Indomie noodles inside each, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve & enjoy: Serve with a squeeze of lemon for a tangy kick!
