Ingredients:
- 2 large robot peppers (any color)
- 1 pack of Hot & Spicy noodles
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked ground beef, shredded chicken, or sautéed mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (oregano, thyme, or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the peppers: Slice the tops off the robot peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Lightly brush the outside with olive oil and set aside.
- Cook the noodles: Prepare the Indomie noodles according to package instructions, drain, and mix in the seasoning.
- Mix the filling: Combine the cooked noodles with diced tomatoes, herbs, and your choice of protein or mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff the peppers: Fill each bell pepper with the noodle mixture, pressing gently to pack it in. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake: Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread.
