4 pieces of chicken on the bone and 3 chicken fillets
2 tsp ginger/garlic/chilli paste
2 tsp Peri Peri Spice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tsp honey
2 tsp lemon chilli flakes
1.Cut incisions into the chicken pieces.
2.Add all the ingredients above mix the marinade into the pieces and leave to marinade for an hour atleast. The longer the better.
3.Set your airfryer to 180degrees for 25min add chicken and cook. urn over after 10 minutes and then turn over for last 5 minutes.
4.Remove chicken put it into a oven proof dish and leave aside.
Nandos Cream Sauce:
1/2 bottle Nandos Sauce
100ml fresh cream
1 heaped tsp butter ghee
1.Heat all 3 ingredients in a sauce pan and turn off the heat.
2.Pour half the sauce over the chicken pieces in your oven proof dish. Turn over pieces and bake in Airfryer for 8 minutes at 180degrees.Halfway through turn over and let it cook.
Indomie Veggie Noodles:
2 packets Indomie noodles
200ml boiling hot water
200g frozen mix veg
1.Add noodles to boiling water in saucepan and add the frozen veggies. Allow to cook for 4 minutes maximium.
2.Drain off the excess water then add the seasoning packets mix well.
1.Noodles on the base ,pieces of chicken over. Drizzle with creamy Nandos Sauce.
2.Garnish with chopped dhania and chopped onion.
